Getting ready for Thanksgiving

The menu is planned:

Turkey with stuffing and goat milk gravy*
Mashed potatoes+
Butternut squash*
Green bean casserole*
Broccoli casserole (provided by SIL)
Cranberry muffins+
Multi-grain rolls+
Pumpkin cookies+
Pumpkin cheesecake+
Apple Spice Upside-Down cake*
Chocolate truffles (made with goat cheese)*
Hot apple cider (locally grown)
Hot chocolate with Irish cream*

*Home-grown ingredients and made from scratch

Now, I just have to find a few good recipes for some of the things I haven't made before. I'm thinking I'll use this recipe for pumpkin cheesecake, but I'll substitute goat cheese. I'll be creating my own recipe for the apple spice upside-down cake. If it turns out edible, I'll post the recipe!
