Today

I spent most of today working on my next book. Mike took four of the spring lambs to the locker to be turned into lamb chops. And Katherine walked around the farm taking pictures.

What a lovely day to work on your book - when does it come out?

Nice pictures...the colors are great still where you live!

You could turn your pictures into puzzles and sell them.
Happy weekend!

My next book is The Ecofrugal Handbook, and it will come out fall 2012. Homegrown and Handmade has been out for about a month now, in case you missed that.

Rec'd HGHM last week and learned new things in first couple of pages! Love the pix on this blog - beautiful! Noted you're coming to Kansas, but not the KC area. Any plans for the KC area sometime in the future?

Hi Bis, I will be passing through Kansas City on Sunday, Nov. 13. If you know of a bookstore or health food store that would host a signing, I'd be happy to stop in for a couple of hours. This is exactly why I'm going to be in Watertown, WI this Wednesday! A couple of people from up there heard I was going to be in Milwaukee and contacted their local bookstore and asked if they'd host a signing in Watertown. Then their local sustainability group got involved, and it sounds like it's going to be a really fun time!

I'm glad to hear you're enjoying H&H!

Deborah...I have sent e-mails to a couple of media outlets and BN to see if I could generate some interviews. I'll let you know. I certainly hope they respond.
