Give-away from the farm

I decided to give away a hank of our yarn for Christmas. It's a Shetland wool/llama blend. You can have white, black, or gray. It's 250 yards, and it's supposed to be sport weight. The weight of each skein varies, and they normally sell for around $30.

What if you're not a knitter? No problem. You can still enter, and if you win, I'll send you three bars of our goat milk soap. Everyone uses soap, right? And if you don't, it makes a nice gift for someone who does.

Just leave a comment and let me know which one you'd like if you're the winner. Then page down to the next post to see what other people are giving away on their blogs.

If you have a blog and want to give away something this weekend, page down to the next post, and enter your information.

Oh, I would love a hank of your yarn. Shetland is my favorite wool. And the color....I don't even care. Gray maybe.

A hank of grey yarn would be FABULOUS! Hmmm. My knitting needles are ready and waiting. =)

I was confused - I thought you'd have to have a blog where you were giving something away in order to enter the contest on anyone else's blog... :P

Anyway, I don't knit, but I would love to win some soap! I've been trying to all year :)

Nope, you don't have to have a blog to enter my give-away. I just thought I'd add the other post with the Mr. Linky in case anyone with a blog wanted to join the fun and give away anything.

I have a little give-away posted on my blog now, and would love to win the yarn on yours!

I'd love some wool!

I love the comment about giving away the soap to someone who can (or was it will...) use it. I love the soap I get from my local goat milk soap supplier.

I'd TREASURE a hank of your gray yarn. My daughter has been bugging me to start a project from a pattern she picked out, and it would be BEAUTIFUL in gray shetland!

I'd love a chance to win some yarn!

I do knit, but since I have so much of my own yarn and fiber, I think I would prefer the soap if I were to win. Thank you for hosting this fun giveaway!

Oh wow, what a great give away. I would love the wool. I have a small flock of Shetland sheep and am just learning about processing their fleeces. My next task is to learn to knit, but it might be awhile before my spinning ability gives me anything to practice with!

I would love to win some yarn and I would probably knit a winter cap. Wool keeps everyone so much more warm in the winter.

First, Clare the baby la mancha is absolutely adorable!

Now, I'm a knitter so I would love a hank of your yarn if I won.

Thanks for the chance!

Ooh, yarn! Please enter me in your contest. Any of the colors is fine, but I do love gray.

Thank you for this opportunity.

That's so sweet!
I am a KNITTER! Love to use wool that comes from an animal that I have some degree of connection with.

Thanks for entering me.

I think winning a hank of your yarn would be just awesome! Any of the colors would be great, too...I'm not picky.

I am a knitter and that yarn sounds lovely.

I make my own soap [hence the name of my blog...lol] but I would love the yarn.

Nice give-a-way! Mine is over today at 12, but you have inspired me to do a handmade give-a-way too.

Thank you!

Oh, wow, I'd love to win your soap! Hubby pouts that we no longer have goats milk soap (no longer have goats), as it is so much help to his dry, dry hands.

I would love to win some soap.

We have two Nubian does that are both freshening for the first time in early 2010 so milking goats will soon be upon us. Making goat milk soap is something I want to learn so if you have a recipe that you wouldn't mind sharing I would love it.

Thanks and Happy Holidays!

Oh, gray, gray, gray! :) And thank you for hosting this! I love me some wool in the winter!

I'm too late for your holiday give-away, I'm afraid, but I'm having a children's book giveaway on my blog at http://clayhillfarm.blogspot.com/ and would love it if you'd stop by and sign up!

I don't enter giveaways often, but the thought of getting some of your yarn was just too good to pass up on. So please enter me for the yarn. :o)

I wanted to post a giveaway, but I've been out of town. I'm glad I got back in time to enter, anyway. I would be so happy to have some of your yarn. Black, gray - even white would be fine. There's something wonderful about knitting when you know where your yarn came from.
